Headway Members,
We hope that you have all been keeping safe and healthy through these uncertain times.
First, we want to THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts, for the love and support at this time. As a small family business, we have been hit hard during the pandemic. So we again want to express our appreciation for your support and cooperation as we adjust and get back up on our feet.
We will be making changes to membership rates and payment method. We respectfully ask that you pay in advance, and reserve your spot by going on our BOOK NOW tab. This will allow us to limit the participants in each class. If you do not feel comfortable utilizing the calendar online, please reserve via text message. Please Zelle or Apple Pay after a team member has confirmed your appointment.
As always, we are committed to helping you stay healthy! Whether you stopped working out or not during the Safer-at-Home, we want to welcome you back and keep you safe while trying to set up new routines. We will be strictly following the health and safety measures. These measures include: Limiting the number of members in the gym. We will also be increasing the frequency of cleaning and sanitation in the gym.
New policies and procedures:
To maintain safe and social distances, we will be limiting classes to 14 people per class
Reserve your space
You will be able to reserve a space up to 12 hours before class
Please pay in advance
You have 2 hours before class to cancel or reschedule your appointment
No-Show or Cancelation after the cut-out time may be subject to a fee.
If you have a cough, fever, or shortness of breath, please reschedule. Do not enter the gym
It is recommended to wear mask or face covering, but it is not mandatory
Hand sanitizers will be available at the entrance, and by the restroom
Maintain social distance between members and trainers
Bring and use your own gloves and hand wrap. We will be unable to loan any at this time
Please wrap your hands before entering the gym
Shoes are required for all workouts to further reduce risk
Water dispenser will be unavailable
Limit items brought into the gym (IE. Water, keys, towel)
Limit time in the gym before and after classes to allow for proper cleaning
We understand these are not our normal way of welcoming you and your family back, but we want to ensure we maintain your health and safety. Let us start to rebuild our community together.
*For those with concerns on returning to classes, we are also offering personal training sessions to limit exposure to others by staggering sessions. Please reach out to us directly for details and pricing.
